So lately before work I've Ben waking up early to do my workout routine... After which I consume my stack of supplements I stack on Beta alenine pre workout XTEND pre and during my workout (four scoops) and then after workout one scoop more, like recommended by the bottle... Then I mix 3 scoops of my whey protein shake with a few grams of glutamine and my beta alenine pill (a few minutes after XTEND last scoop which I take immediately after the workout)... Well lately I've been going to the bathroom super often at work and taking huge dumps like I never have before this started when I began taking XTEND... I take my whey with milk instead of water is it possible that this causing such effect in me? And when I use the bathroom am I basically wasting all the supplements I've consumed causing them not to have an effect? Any recommendations could help PLEASE ADVISE as today I have had a very soft stool
