Ok I'm finally getting this log started! I'm on my 3rd day of taking the little magic Red/White pills.

- Over 20+ years of supplement experience
- Creatine Mono responder / CEE Non responder
- Currently off creatine 4 weeks+

- Basic Stats: 5'9" @ 235lbs ~16%bf

Here is a list of everything I'm taking for this 30 day period

I've been on this protocol for the past 30 days except cycle support which I started 6 days ago. I'm taking 2 caps upon waking about 5am and 2 more pre w/o about 4-5pm.

I'm in the middle of a cut/recomp and anticipate this should put a little weight on me initially, and as expected I've put on 2lbs already. I don't expect to gain more than 5lbs total from the creatine though. Other then the slight weight gain I don't have anything to report yet on the effects.

In my sig under current logs is my daily w/o log with a link to my diet, So most questions will probably be answered in there concerning w/o and diet. I'm currently carb cycling High/Low/None every three days, My w/o corresponds to the diet so it looks like this
High/Legs
Low/Chest
None/Arms
High/Back
Low/Shoulders
None/Arms or off
I do cardio about 3-4 times a week, mostly cycling.

Any questions, feel free to ask, I'll be posting as I notice any effects or at least every couple days to comment on non-effect, but with my experiences with USPLabs I have high hopes!

After I made the first post I started reading some of the other logs, so as per USP I've adjusted the second intake to 15min prior to post W/O meal (as of yesterday).

I'm really not noticing much of anything, I've lost 1lb of the weight gained since I started. I'm not getting that full muscle feel, so now that it's been 5 days I'm going to up the dose to 3 caps and see if that will yield results (unless USP directs otherwise). I've never had much luck with CEE though so it doesn't suprise me, but I was hopeful that this mix would prove me wrong, we'll see it's only been 5 days.

Go up to 3 caps 15 minutes before pre workout meal. Please be specific with timming.

Correct only 5 days.

Done, so day 6 I did as instructed, I did 3 caps in the AM too though and my lats felt pumped all day. My W/O got cut very short though so it wasn't a good day to judge the effect in the gym. I may take a couple days off, my CNS is shot! I'll dose throught the weekend with about 12hrs between.

Dosing: I've been dosing 3 caps both in the morning and evening and today 15 min prior to pre w/o meal

Effects: Slight full muscle feel throughout the day, good pump in the gym today, weight still holding steady.

I'm going to stay at 6 caps unless directed otherwise, I'm not really seeing much from this yet, but will give it some more time, Mono normally kicks in for me between day 6-10 so by the end of the week I hope to see some effects.

Aug 8 Day10

Nothing dramatic to report, didn't really notice the full feeling today. I had a good leg w/o, felt strong (for cutting anyway). I was looking through some other logs and noticed that when you recommend the 3 before pre w/o meal they were continuing with the post w/o dose, should I be doing this also? I will start 3 doses of 3 tomorrow unless you think I should stay where I'm at.

Aug 10 Day 12

Dosing: Past 2 days 3/3/3

Effects: Today I forgot to bring my preW/O dose to work with me so I mixed up a Dex/Whey/BCAA drink to sip on while I walked to the gym and during my W/O, popped the pre W/O dose and started sipping 15min later. I had a great W/O pulled 500x5 in the DL which is the most reps I've pulled in a very long time, I don't know if it was the little red pills but I'm looking forward to the next couple W/Os to see. Tomorrow is a rest day, then Sat I'll be doing Chest if I get 405x5 on the Bench I'll take a life time supply.

so i got selected to test anabolix extreme's new mass fx hyperdrol stack. should be interesting. But now im back in HG for the next 3 months so my schedule is anything but consistant.

good luck with this log. u can gimme the dirt on it after your all said and done ive always had a good results with creatine products im game to try something new
 
Aug 12 pre-Day 14

It's the morning of the last day and I'm prepping for the gym in about an hour! I really think this w/o will be a good indication of how this supp has worked for me, I haven't really had any noticable "feeling" other then some minor fullness effects but only when it first started to kick in. If my strength is up still today I may go ahead and run the rest of the bottle, I will assess this later today and let you know. Anyway I will give a full assessment later today after all doses are complete!
 
Final Assesment

Dosing: For me the 3/3/3 was when I started to really have any effects, it would be interesting to go a little higher.

Effects: I had some of the full muscle feeling but it was not consistent so it was really hard to judge. The last few days my weight increased a couple lbs and I've had outstanding w/o's! Strength was good, but mostly stamina was increased so I believe that the product didn't really kick in until I had gone to 9 a day. I feel like I'm on creatine now, which I hadn't really felt the first ~10 days. Also recovery has improved.

Overall impression: Not totally impressed but definitely see some promise in the product. I'm going to continue the product until the bottle is empty and I'll give some feedback, but I may be throwing some other products in the mix also. I would probably give it a go if it hits the shelves but I would definitely do 9 a day for around 30 days to give it a really good evaluation. I give it a 6 out of 10 at this point with the option to adjust:D

Thanks USPlabs once again for allowing my to be your guinee pig, you guys are putting out some great products and my cupboards are turning into a USP store! I'll throw up an update when I emtpy this bottle, I have enough left to do 5 days at 3/4/3.
