Bassgod's Mass Xxxplosion Cycle!!

Well.......I was just going to use MMV2 by itself at first.Then I decided to use liviathan reloaded and incarnate with it.Then I went back to running MMV2 alone,but now I'm considering using the L/I stack with it again.......:think:

The liviathan is "fat incenerating lean miscle potentiator"

The incarnate

What would yall do?I bought the L/I stack from NP for $50.Then later decided to buy the MMV2 afterwards.So run the MMV2 by itself?Or throw in the L/I stack as well?I have never used one of these before,I started MMV2 today but didn't work out.

You and TG stoked my interest enough to check out the Branch's DVD. It's pretty awesome stuff. Definitely hardcore training at it's best. I've only gotten through the chest workout so far, but so far it's been some intense ass lifting!
 
I have seen branch many times.I have had a subscription to MD which he's contracted with,for over a yr.So I see him every month in mags.But when his big baggy shirt came off,my jaw dropped.Then when that shirt came off when he was pumping the chest at the end.It dropped again.I want to train at that gym so bad!I heard a couple pantera songs from cowboys from hell being played on leg day.I'm only 1-2 hrs away now............

Considering that it's in Tx,air conditioning is the only other thing I'd want.Any more and you'd just be greedy!
 
Just wondering what do you guys do during cardio to pass the time? I like to watch part of a really good movie or play video games and the next thing I know my time is done. Speaking of which it's time for my cardio. BTW stationary bike while playing GTA4 on a 106-inch screen is the sh!t. lol

Dude that would be ****ing awesome! I wish I could afford some cardio equipment to put in my living room. Or maybe I'll just take my PS3 and a TV to the gym tomorrow so I can play while doing my cardio. I might get some funny looks though :think: Also how's the new GTA? I heard it's awesome. As soon as I get a little spare cash I'm definitely picking it up.

I tried reading once and that sucked on a bike.I may try it again on the never ending escalator though......I absolutely hate cardio!I have upped the intensity to make it more challenging,and I am only doing 10 minutes right now.Roughly every other day.

Cardio equipment is not expensive thanks to lazy house wives. lol You can get some wicked deals on secondhand equipment. When I was on vacation last summer I couldn't stand not having access to a stationary bike without having to go to a gym so I browsed the local online classifieds and picked up one for $25. Funny thing it was the same model stationary bike as one I had about 18 yrs ago. As long as it has a decent range of adjustable tension it is as good as anything. I personally hate some of the new stuff that only has a limited about of adjustment and a whole bunch of useless digital readouts but no heart monitor...stupid! I sold one a couple of months ago that my wife bought me for approx $800 and I replaced it with an X-Bike that cost me about $50 secondhand and then another $50 or so for a strapless heart rate monitor...much better.
GTA4 is sweet! I love assaulting pedestrians. lol It's much like it's predecessors but they've added a bunch of little details that add to the coolness. I love any video game that takes more than 4 or 5 hours to finish which seems to be the trend lately.

Yea I can't wait to pick up the new GTA. I've only heard good things so far and all the old ones have kicked ass. I have beaten every one since GTA3 completely without codes and yes they definitely take forever, but that's why I like them so much. It so damn addicting too.

No sh!t man!Just goes to show how lazy people are when you can't adjust the tension.It's constantly easy.You try to get going fast and it just doesn't work out or it's so easy that you have to try and keep your feet up with the peddles.........WTF!!!

I have a rowing machine that I use for cardio. It really wears my ass out! It has tension adjustments on it to make it really freakin' hard too! I usually just pop in some Mudvayne or Godsmack or something along those lines. Then I row like my ass is on fire!!:smite: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I'm sure you just mispelled it but it's Metroflex.It's 1-2 hrs away from where I live and I have read about it on t-nation and in MD.
 
So Bass are you going to be taking any DHT support while on MMV2? For hair loss and prostate issues. Like Finasteride or anything else?

Or do you think saw palmetto is enough? Though it prevents test from converting to DHT but also helps prevent DHT from binding to androgen receptors.

I always avoid things that lower DHT in me personally. I'm already bald, have a overly hairy body, so I don't care about lots of DHT in me. I love the primal male mentality that high DHT gives me. That raw aggression!:aargh: Most prostate troubles issue from high estrogen levels by the way. More and more doctors are seeing this. THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

well no, i won't be using fina. saw palmetto only prevents dht levels from increasing in your prostate. it doesn't do much really for hair follicles. i mean i decreases serum levels of dht, but you need something that goes straight to the scalp like minoxidil, fina, etc. i'm not sure if i'm going to use anything, i hadn't planned on it. now you've got me thinking twice about that.

This one is by LifeGear and has an X frame that folds together for when not in use. When folded it is free standing and only takes up a 2ft sq area. A quick google search for lifegear x-bike located the one in the pics selling for $25. There are other folding bikes like the Golds Gym K-Bike & Pro Fitness Foldable Magnetic Bike but I have never used these so I don't know what their adjustments are like. Another big point is the seat, a lot of home bike seats must be designed to stimulate women sexually because they put pressure between my sack & buffalo eye which gives a pins & needles feeling in my dic. This is not a desirable thing to do but the X-Bike's seat does not have this problem. Try searching for a foldable bike and you should have some luck. BTW I removed my handlebars so I can plan Wii which I also love to do during cardio. Now you have no excuses so go get a bike and enjoy the benefits of doing cardio at home.

PCT DAY 15: LIL DELTS W/ ARMS

tonight's session started with standing close grip cable curls at 140x6 for 3 sets. in-between those sets, i did seated bent over lateral raises at 25x12. i also did 3 sets of these. i then went to tricep pushdowns doing 160x6 for 3 sets. after pushdowns i proceeded to the free weights again and did standing DB curls(both arms at the same time) at 55x7 for 2 sets. then i switched to alternating DB curls for 1 set with the same weight, and again did 7 reps (with each arm.) then i hit up tri's again with seated overhead DB extensions using a 70lb DB for 12 reps and 3 sets. afterward i did standing across the chest hammer curls at 55x8 for 3 sets followed by bodyweight dips for 12 reps and 3 sets. to finish off arms, i did concentration curls at 40x12 for 2 sets.
 
my libido is increasing as well as my recovery time between sets :woohoo: i felt awesome all day today and was in a rediculously good mood for some reason. i chilled with the chica last night, so that probably had something to do with it ;) bedroom performance was also enhanced as i'm sure you know what i mean. i felt like i was in a fkuckin porno, lmao. i think i'm going to continue 20mg tamox for my breast tissue research just to be safe, any thoughts? i dosed it at 20 today. i'll probably just taper it down to 10 during the last week. my little rats HPTA MUST be fully restored by 2 weeks from now.

i STILL haven't been able to find anyone who is willing to do bloodwork :sad: i'll keep trying though. oh and i'll be using the EC stack, but only 1 dose per dayjust to aid in fat loss a bit. my diet has been 100% clean the past week and will stay that way. i started the EC stack yesterday btw. only got enough for 14 days though. just to hold me over until my BADAS$ CUT!! it'll be the most anabolic stack you've ever seen anyone use (besides ph and AAS)on a cut, PERIOD! :hammer: anyways, all in all PCT is going very well so far.

Everytime I'm on the bikes at my gym I'm thinking of how the challenge is realy staying on the damn seat!
I heard that sh*t!! I need a padded leather chariot seat on one of those damn things I guess!! Maybe I just got a big @ss!! Well, gotta keep riding I suppose. ha ha THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I've done it. It's like the same thing as going through a doctor. Basically you just pay them and then go to the same facilities, like LapCorp in my instance, to give blood. Plus you get results within like a day or two. The lady there said she actually liked these better since all of the paper work was done and inputted into the computer already.

I just don't want to spend another couple hundred bucks, especially on tests.

Though I did use PrivateMD instead of these, since I didn't find this thread in time. But I ended up paying about the same since I found a coupon online.

I stopped hemodraulix shortly after starting it cause I went to low reps(4-6)I'm anxious to start up again with the higher reps though.I kind of want to now,but the plan is to do 4-6 reps for 2 months,then 8-12 for two months......

I have to agree with hate. Green tea works very well. I don't even use the extract. I just drink a pitcher or so a day and since I've started doing so, I can definitely notice a different.

I dont ever notice a difference when taking creatine or not as far as water retention goes.I gain/drop a couple lbs,but I can never see a difference.I didn't even know creatine made you retain water untill I read it a while after taking it off and on.So I don't "bloat" by any means like some claim to do.

My BP has been comming down since cleaning up my diet and adding 10 minutes of cardio roughly every other day.The first number will be in pre hypertension,129-130 something,but the second number is always just below,or well below normal,60-79.I'm sure it will come down more as i slowly up my cardio over time.

i am the exact opposite, i bloat like a mofo! i HATE IT!! i don't notice any weight gain either btw.
