I could feel and hear my heart beating one night while trying to sleep.It was roughly 12 hr's after finishing smoking some crystally substance that would melt with heat and then freeze at room temp.........

How do you sleep taking that stuff? Does the phenibut help that much? BTW if you get a chance check out God Forbid. They are pretty freakin' sick.

i think what you meant to ask was how my rat is able to sleep while taking it. it's ok though, i forgive you, lol. the pheni helps a lot. last night i gave him 50mg diphenhydramine, but it didn't do a whole lot. i honestly haven't given him any pheni since he started the clen. he has always had sleep issues since he was a little rat, so i got the pheni for him to help him out a bit. now he's using the clen though, so it's worse. just the whole heart thing is what's messing with him. it's not so much that he's all amped up or anything. it's just that his core body temp is higher than normal and he can hear and feel his heart beating in his ears. if you were experiencing this and know what i mean exactly(like pantera does) then it'd be easier to understand. it's pretty hard to fall asleep with a drum pounding in your ear, lol. also, i've heard god forbid before, and yes they ARE pretty freakin sick! :head:

Yeah, my rat has never tried Clen, but he wants to someday. Has the lil fellow noticed himself cutting up or is it to soon to tell? Oh yeah, btw did u happen to see the band membersin GF? I was really surprised.

it's too soon to tell right now. it's only been 3 days. i'll def keep everyone updated on the progress for sure. nah, i have never seen what they look like. time to do some googling!

just scoped out GF web site. it's sickk!! after seeing them, yea i have seen what they look like before. i watched some of their videos on headbanger's ball. btw, i am DEF buying that camoflauge GF t-shirt on the first page. it's tighttttt!

What research compound/designer is your rat going to run after his PCT? Has he a got a cut or clean bulk planned for summer. If it's a cut, he might want to try out some of that research Methoxy TRN. Those girl rats just love abs on their male counterparts. Keep feeding that rat good food, good supplements, good research PCT supports, and then go get the guy laid. He already bulked up, so it'll be a cut, but he's never truly cut before. He's always been afraid of losing strength while cutting cals. He'd LIKE to run the winztrol and MMV2, but will probably just run the MMV2 so that no PCT will be needed, other than maybe a bottle of PCS or something. His TRUE run will be T-E w/dbol as a kickstart in Late July. it was going to be August, but I have spoke with MANY experienced users and they say if the rat is young and in his prime, he will recover very quickly. A LOT of people I know take 6 weeks off in between cycles. time on + PCT = time off before cycling gain. you're not "on" during PCT, so IMO and in others' opinions those 4 weeks count as time off. Granted, these are users with more than 10yrs experience in this kind of field, I trust them and they know wat they're talking about. I will do this experiment on my little rat and then chill with research for a little while. He just REALLY wants to hit his target weight and be hyooooge! Eventhough after he hits his target weight, i'm 100% sure that the target weight will go up another 15lbs, LMAO.
 
As for the adrenal research, I think that may stop today. I watchedthe little dude last night andhe could NOT get to sleep. He literally did not sleep for even 30min the ENTIRE night/morning. I had to call in sick to work since I was up all night watchin how he was doing. My head was also pounding all day yesterday and all last night. It fkuckin SUCKED to say the least. The little dude needs his sleep!! :sick:
 
Tell the rat to take his cut easy.Make changes to the body nice and slow.Be very patient!!!I always wondered if you should count pct as time on.You're definately not on,but time on+pct=time off clearly includes PCT on top of time on.I always thought of it as time off is 3 x's on time cause pct is as long as cycle................Are you saying this is what some do?Include the pct as time off?That clearly goes against the little equation though.....

I haven't recieved the gift yet obvisouly,but I'm still very happy about it just to let u know.When I tell people about it they're all "is this a supp company or something?........"Of course I tell them you're just a normal guy like me.Then they're all shocked.

Yes, some people DO do that. Most semi-pro's actually. Like those who re trying for their pro card. They get bloods done every 2 weeks too and have their own personal doctors. All is A-OK. I'm not really sure who even came up with the equation. It has always made sense to me though. Either way, IMO 2 weeks sooner really means nothing at all. If you PCT correctly, then your body SHOULD be back to normal. So in theory, you could start another cycle right then. Granted this would be dumb, but you could. Have you received the first one yet?? I shipped them all first class, not priority, cuz it would've been like another $50 or something. I'm gonna check the status of the order and PM you the info.

I know that I said I would, but my sweet and wonderful girl deleted the pics from my digi cam!!!!! She said "well I wanted to take pics of us on our hike and there wasn't enough room on the memory card, so I just deleted those dumb pics of you posing." :aargh: I can do after pics, but it's pretty dumb if you don't have before pics IMO. I still might though. It'd be a waist up shot. I am realy seeing some improvement in my lats and upper body in general. I didn't work legs at all, so maybe that has something to do with why I didn't really see any improvement there :lol:

Holy fvck! I had to start back at page 26 to catch up. That's the most I've read in one sitting since college. I tried the other day but sh!t went crazy so I had to wait until I was on days off. Work has literally been a bloody mess and the bit of down time I had was spent designing a new knife...I think I finally figured out the riddle of steel. lol

Once it hits digital I'll send ya the design. I'm taking my time with it because it's a gift for my father. A lot of trial and error to get it right because it's going to be a moose skinner, maybe not your cup of tea. I have another I designed that the blade smith has finished and sent out for kydex. Should be getting it soon so I'll send ya a pic of the final product. Should be able to take a 20+ inch arm off in one swipe. lol

yea, i'm no moose skinner, lmao. however this one that can take an arm off. that DOES interest me. i have an actual samurai sword and i mess around with it a bit. it's real fun. i'd love to take fencing classes or swordsmanship classes or something to really learn how to use it. it's a real samurai sword though, not like those gay swords you can buy at your local pawn shop, lmao. i'm too lazy to post a pic, lol, but google "Paul Chen Shinto ELITE Katana" and you should be able to see what it looks like. it's pretty expensive online, but it was a gift from a close friend back in NY. i love good bro's man :)
 
I figured I'd make my first luxurious post here.I have been sitting on a microwave with my computer on an end table for a couch for probably almost a year now.Now I got a computer desk someone left behind at my apartments and I bought a chair today.It's very nice but it actually feels awkward..........
