Bellow are the ingredients that they don't have in common. I don't know if there is a special ingredient below that would make a big difference but it looks like they both have the common ones that come to mind so I probably wouldn't run DTH & Paravol at the same time. Coleman is just regoddamndiculous! I've watched those vids before and all I could say was "wow." There's a reason why they say "test is best." :) I can't wait to go over to the dark side :twisted: Oh, and i'm going to be taking 20mg phera pre-workout again tonight to get that AWESOME session. I just took 10mg of the Superdrol suspension a few minutes ago. Also, my anabolicminds t-shirt came in the mail yesterday, so you KNOW i'll be reppin' that at the gym fo sho!

I was reading an article about coleman talking about before he got into bb'ing.He was lifting,but just for being a police officer.A friend wanted him to go to metroflex and meet a guy.The guy was saying the first time he saw him was in a sweat suit and he could tell right away that he was a freak.Said he could see his veins through the sleeves and the pants were were as tight as could be.Coleman wasn't even serious about it at this point.Just shows how genetically crazy these guys are.It also gave time frames in which he achieved some heavy a$$ lifts before drugs.........Just all around impressive.So get the genetics first bass,then lots of test,growth,and slin pretty much non stop.Then you can look like him.Let me know when you find the genetics.I've been looking for a while.
 
I don't know if anyone has every seen Coleman's very first training video. It's pretty hard to find, but Coleman talks a lot about how the days before he started lifting and how he got started. Very interesting stuff and like you said bass, he's a freak through and through. I remember at one point he said he would never get higher than about 5% bodyfat even if he was bulking because of his genetics. Crazy stuff.

Nah man, I don't want to be that big. Over 300lbs is just insane. My goal is 200, but I KNOW as soon as I reach that, it will become 215 and so on, lol. I have the test, the genetics i'm SOL on, I can get the GH and slin, so i'll sub the genetics for food and see what happens :) J/K. honestly, I will probably NEVER fkuck with slin. I don't want to make myself a diabetic. Food, rest, heavy as$ weights, test, and GH. Those will be my tools to get hyyoooooge. Note the order in which they appear ;)

This is the special that was on the History channel. I HIGHLY recommend EVERYONE watch ALL of these. They are not very long, so don't be lazy, and actually learn something, and open your mind and eyes. It's extremely interesting.

DAY 34: BACK

Took 20mg phera-mass 1 hour pre-workout and 10mg superdrol suspension early this morning. Tonight's session was pretty good until something weird happened. Not sure what it was really, but I got almost all the way through my workout and became very light headed and felt real strange. I started my session with wide overhand grip lat pulldowns at 140x8 for 3 sets. Then did seated cable rows at 160x7. Afterward I did close overhand grip lat pulldowns at 150x6 for 3 sets, then switched over to a close underhand grip for 3 sets. After these I went into the weight room since the idiots that were hogging LITERALLY EVERY BENCH had left. There were like 6 guys all using the incline, flat bench,smith, and the other 2 flat benches. Fkucking rediculous! I went in before hand to start my session with one arm DB rows. 2 of the dudes were chit-chatting like women, so I went over and started warming up. They were making huffing/puffing noises and eyeing me hardcore like I jacked their bench. LMAO, maybe they should have been lifting instead of bullsh!tting for 15 minutes! After this I decided to be nice and say f*ck it, i'll go out and do pulldowns and cable rows so they can finish their sets. But they were literally talking for 10 minutes before I started to use the bench, so I was def in the right here. Anyways, enough of ME bullsh!tting, lol. I finally got to use the weight room, so I did my one arm DB rows. I did 85x7 for 3 sets. During my 1st set, right after I finished ith my right arm, I stood up and got really light headed and REALLY hot. I was like wtf? So i drank some gatorade, rested for 3 minutes and did my left side. Same thing happened. Afterward I went outside to get some fresh air for like 5 minutes. I went back inside and started my 2nd set. I pulled 8 reps during this set with both sides, and I was LOVING the intensity that was occuring, but the light headed feeling was so bad I felt like I was going to pass out. So again, I chilled for a bit, drank some gatorade, stood in front of the fan, and went on to my 3rd set. AGAIN, during both the left and right sides, I got really hot, the light seemed way brighter, and I felt like I was going to pass out. SO, needless to say, I said fkuck it, i'm going home. I had a great session and intensity was definitely increased again due to the 20mg phera pre-workout, but I don't know what was going on with me. Eventhough I was going to black out doing the DB rows, I still wanted to stay longer and do more of em! I just felt really strong and "in the zone." I hated to leave, but also didn't want to pass out on the gym floor. Hopefully this won't happen tomorrow! Oh, and my nips are getting a little less puffy also. The Superdrol is helping for sure. No lethargy, worse acne, etc. However, the pumps are PAINFUL! My whole upper body was pumped, but so much so that it hurt, lol. When I was doing lat pulldowns, my arms felt crazy pumped like I just did 15 sets of 20 rep concentration curls. I've also been getting bad leg cramps at work and while riding my CBR. Looks like I will start taking my taurine :) I'll dose 3g daily and see what happens. If they continue, i'll up the dose to 5g and so on.

No, Bassgod, go with the original plan and move on up to 20 mg. of super. Take the taurine and drink water until you hate it, but don't deviate from the plan man. Eat a lot of bananas also, I do. Usually 2 a day. Now to all those apprehensive about the Mayans saying it's all over in 2012, I have some re-assuring words. Take it from the Thundergod, Ragnarokk is not until 2146. Nope, no stims man. EC stack has been gone for almost a week. The clen is also gone. I had a red bull, green tea, and 1 cap of venom hyperdrive yesterday. But these were early in the morning, so they should've been out of my system by the time I lifted.

You might consider staying at 10mg's of SD.If you're already getting sides at 10,imagine 20!

I didn't go hypo because my hands weren't shakey, I had no heart palpitations or irregularities, etc. Just the light headedness. Honestly I haven't increased my water intake, and with the hyperdrive, red bull, ad green tea, that's no bueno. I didn't even drink a full 20oz of water yesterday. I haven't been drinking much to combat phera's bloat, but today is my last day on that :sad: I will drink lots of water today and see what happens. As of right now though, I am going to stick to my original plan as long as this was a fluke thing. We shall see.

Honestly my friend, I didn't know cutting back on water would help with Phera's bloat. I thought you were to increase your water intake to combat Phera bloat. I think you solved your own problem here. Start drinking all the water you can handle for a few days to rehydrate your system. It'll all be alright!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
I heard the same thing piston.If you don't get enough it starts to hoard it.Like with fat people skipping food half the day.It defeats the purpose and seriously backfires.
 
DAY 35: CHEST

Had an AWESOME chest workout this morning. I started with flat BB bench at 260x11, 270x8, then 280x6. Felt really powerful during these and the entire session actually. After flat, I switched to incline DB bench and did 90x8 for 3 sets. I then did bodyweight dips for 10 reps and 3 sets. I had some pretty good endurance this morning because i did NOT want to leave the gym! Aggression was great and I felt like a beast the whole time. For my last exercises I did both hi and low cable crossovers at 70x9 for 3 sets each. I'm switching up my routine a bit because 6 reps for every single exercise is not the best routine to follow, lol. For compound exercises yes, but for isolation movements, I will stick to 8-10 reps. My shoulders weren't hurting today, which was really nice. I didnt get light headed at all and strength contnues to increase. I had a shirt on today at the gym that I haven't worn in a few weeks. Needless to say, it was TIZZIGHT!! :) Vascularity is still awesome too. After every session for the past couple weeks, I just look and feel so damn swole. I fkuckin love it! I'm really going to miss my phera though. Oh well, I have a bottle of original AX Phera-Plex and the rest of my CEL P-Plex left over, so I will def incorporate it into another cycle in the future.
 
yeah, its weird and i didnt know that before but the more water you drink the less you hold. correct me if im wrong anyone.

Hm, now that I think about it more, that makes perfect sense, lol. Eh, oh well, this is my last day on phera, but i'll remember that for next time. I read somewhere that bloat's worst enemy is not drinking enough water.OOPS, MY BAD! LOL. I'm on just SUperdrol from here on out, so i'll for sure be drinking lots of water :)
 
And water is the best good all around body cleanser there is. Flushes out exceses toxins and such. THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
Theirs some things I got lucky with in bb besides genetics.I don't think they suck,but they're definately not great.Although many would appear to have good genetics if they worked for it.I'm sure many think that I am a lucky one.......Anyways,I have always loved meat and stopped caring for sweets pretty early.I have also always been adicted to water.I just can't help but drink lots of water all day.Pretty much non stop.I actually try and limit myself when i'm out to not have to go to the bathroom so much.Sometimes at home I piss about as much as a drunk does.

I'm the exact opposite. I have always loved meat, but I always loved and still do love sweets. I also hated water and used to rather drink soda instead, lol. Things have def changed for the better the last few years though. I lifted during high school and some of middle school, but wouldn't consider myself a bber back then. My diet wasn't strict enough and well I in general wasn't strict enough. Not until 11th and 12th grade, did I mature more and get more serious about it. Oh, and i'm up another 2lbs today! :cheers:

I'd toss the TST back into the mix for workout fire-power. You've got stuff to take care of the acne. You have the propensity to add 8 to 10 more pounds on this thing Bro. 2012...if the world doesnt end something really strange is going to happen with how the planets the sun and cosmos all align on that date....or something like that. Sounds like a black hole is going to form and swallow us.
 
I heard the sun would stop shinning.That tells me we will eventually die,Yet on montell williems(where I seen it)They said it was going to take some serious adapting.I hate the sun to tell you the truth.So if it happens and we can adapt.....I'm all for it!I don't see how we can though.Plants(oxygen)will die and it will get crazy cold.

It was some program they had for the internet that would pull codes off of all the process going on in the internet and it predicted the tsunami and 9/11 and it also predicted the 2012 thing. weird sh1t

They talked about that on montel too.It was old people though,from way back in the day that had calendars that predicted many tsunamis and stuff,and they were right.Then they have the end of the wrld at 2012.
