Basics for cutting with prohormones?

Sorry, new to cutting with prohormones. Are there any guides or write-ups that are good that someone can link me to?
What are some guidelines to follow when cutting with prohormones?

For example if I wanted to do a 6 week cutting cycle with Superdrol:

1. What should my diet consist of and how many calories for a 230lb guy?

2. Can you go crazy with cardio? (How often?)

3. How much fat can you expect to lose per week with a low calorie high protein diet, without burning up muscle?

4. Anything else special to take while cutting with prohormones?

First of all if you would have done any research superdrol doesn't seem to be the idle ph for a cutting cycle since you need adequate amounts of calories when using the compound. Secondly, it isn't much different when you are cutting, do the samething you would be doing if you were not on. Essentially you will just be saving more muscle or even gaining a small bit and shredding fat just as fat if not a bit faster.

Nothing drastic..
 
Actually you can cut with Superdrol. It seems like the perfect clean androgen for bulking but it does seem to make a good cut, just with its limited availability many prefer it for bulks. Glenihan is cutting with it and he has gained 2.5 lbs while looking leaner! Darius keep your carbs in check, just enough to fuel your workouts and get a pump with the sd. SD seems to super saturate glycogen stores which would explain the rapid M1T like gains in the first week and seem to solidify by week 3 with strength gains continuing throughout the entire cycle. If you can keep a long it would be cool bro!
 
clean up the diet and do morning cardio first thing before meal at 70% max hrt rate you should drop around 2 pounds of pure fat ew if your dropping more then odds are some of it is muscle

this is iff your not using clen/t3/dnp

Morning cardio is essential IMO. However, I'm not convinced about the empty stomach. If you're trying to preserve lean mass drink a zero carb protein drink with Glutamine first think in the morning. Cortizol levels are normally high when you awake.
