Basic pro-androgen stack

Hi guys,

I'd like to start a basic pro-androgen stack, with just the staples.

So far I've assembled the following list: taurine, glycine, vit E, royal jelly, agmatine, magnesium, vit D, vit K.

Sometimes I take a mix of magnolia bark, lemon balm and inositol for improving sleep quality (usually I get a lot of REM sleep, but low deep sleep).

A few questions:
  1. Is it necessary to add beta-alanine, since I'm supplementing taurine?
  2. What about lysine? IIRC it should lower serotonin?
  3. Is there anything I should add? I was thinking at niacinamide and maybe something for energy, such us one among ginseng, Coq10, cordyceps, B Complex.

Ltheanine. L theanine works wonders for relaxation for me though and would recommend it... I'm an ex benzo user so anixety runs high. Tried alot of things but always end back with it...also doesn't have anything showing toxicity, dependency, or tolerance.

Ksm66. I personally don't feel much with ksm (relaxing or stim) but take it for natty cort control/test boost and other benefits. Some say it relaxes them, some say sensoril is better for relaxation and ksm for energy.

primavie shilajit and boron I've been looking at to add to a homebrew test booster once I'm out of the other 2 bottles of mtest I have.
