I'm currently on Day 4 of my 1st ever recomp cycle, currently 17% bf and attempting to get to around 10% bf with a gain of 6-8 lbs lean muscle. My workout split is as follows:

Mon - Bi's
Tue - Cardio
Wed - Core/ Cardio
Thur - Chest
Fri - Back/ Tri's
Sat - Cardio
Sun - OFF

Diet: Pretty Clean diet, calorie intake and carb intake dependent on what i'm doing that day. Weight Training days high carbs in the a.m and higher cal intake then on Cardio days ect.

Clen starting on week 3 (14 days)

So far so good, my strength and aggression is good in the gym, went pretty heavy on Chest today and was able to crank out the same sets i did when i weighed 225, i'm currently @ 204 lbs. Libido is pretty much out of control at this point, no complaints from the gf though. The only negative is i'm starting to break out alot which is very unusual for me, i have clear skin pretty much 100% of the time and yesterday i had some acne show up. "borrowed some of my gf's ProActive last night and will prob cont to do so for a couple days until clears up hopefully. Will post updates every couple of days.

Any suggestions appreciated!!!
 
Day 9 and so far good overall strength gains, a little sluggish the last couple of days, and my back feels really tense, not sure if this is what ppl refer to as the back pumps but its not too bad to deal with. I've gone up 5 lbs on my curls from last week and crancked out the first couple sets with ease but i'm running out of gas a little earlier then usual, any suggestions on how to combat this? I've been alternating pre-workout supps depending on the workout but they seem to not give me any pick me up for the last couple days ...
 
Day 12 and i'm lovin the Epistane, good strength, i did back/shoulders today, had increases in str and reps very noticable, on my wide-grip pull ups i usually do 4 sets of 10 reps each and usually on the 4th set i fail around rep number 8. Today my sets were 15/15/12/10. I added Apllied Nutra's Drive sup before my work out to help combat the lethargy i'm still dealing with but that with the K-OTIC did the trick. I'll put some picks up here in a couple days.
 
How are planning to dose the Clen bro? Been toying with the idea of that one for a while, but don't feel I know enough about it yet to commit.

I'm running a tbol/dermacrime cycle presently with mixed views, it's safe but not sure it's having the wow factor I'd hoped for

Hoping epi works put better for you!
 
Well assuming that sides are tolerable, how's the dermacrine trating ya btw?

Well no real sides at all, perhaps a little lethargy, but not really sure I'm seeing the impact - pretty much running max dose as directed by PP but not seeing massive changes in leaning/ aggression or size. Although someone at the gym commented one being bigger today, so I may have my negativity googles on LOL

I am running an uber log in the AI sports section ( been a long running log on my journey and just haven't bothered to move it) if I could work out how to post a link from the damn mobile I would!
 
Hey bro thanks! It means a lot, we all get there in the end I guess... I stopped training for a few months and gained about 14lbs back but now working hard to shed them again, hence my interest in clen!

Ain't that the truth! In December I was probably the leanest I've ever been, yet all I could see was a fat person! Now I look back at those photo's and think DAMN! what I wouldn't give to be back there now LOL

You might want to change up your soap... If I get a bad outbreak (admittedly it's been a while) I use clinical hibiscrub, pretty easy to get at a pharmacy normally, but has always been a staple of mine since teenage days, cheap, unbranded and if good enough for surgeons to scrub up with then good enough for my skin if a little harsh. Also sure then guys on here have used java lather soap by what was RPN now Geonmyx

Yea i do the same lol, Acne died down which i was happy about, couple treatments of that Proactive worked out the problem, i've been lookin that java too, alot of good reviews

I think I'm finally seeing and feeling it, but it's the last week! On the plus side though, my only side effect which has been toilet related, should hopefully stop LOL!
 
Hey man, its been going good so far, today i had an awsome chest session, wanted to see what i could max at and actually hit a PR of 315 on the Flat Bench, routine went:

Warm-up 145 x8 Usual Max Attempt: Warm-up 145 x8
1st set - 225 x5 1st set - 225 x5
2nd set -275 x3 2nd set - 275 x3
3rd set -315 x1 3rd set - 315 (failure)
4th set - 325 (failure) 4th set - 225 x 8-10
5th set - 280 x3
6 th set - 275 x3

So overall i feel great and i'm definitely stronger, look fuller, AppNut just hooked me up with some BioMend which i'm adding to this run, and AI Nutrition hooked me up with some 3Z and that will round out this run for me perfectly. Glad to hear your still tearing it up bro! I'll hop over check out your log in a little bit!

Hey G, yes sir i'm still at it, progress is going good, i've put on alot of size and strength, all my lifts are up by quite a bit. I'll be posting some progress pics in a week or 2. Recomping is hard as hell, midsection isnt as lean as i'd like it to be yet but i'm still workin at it, how's everything going with you bro?
 
When do you train legs?

I do legs about once or twice a week but i do not train them very heavy. I fit them in randomly in my schedule and my legs sessions arent very long, usually 30 min or so. I do either 4 - 5 sets of Squats on the smith but not very heavy weight for set of 15-20. Hit the leg press machines and the hack squat machine. I try to throw in deadlifts once a week as well and thats the only one i got heavy on. I hate training legs to be honest but i do not leave them out because their are just way too many benefits to lose out on.

Same here bro, but as I'm primarily training for endurance it's really hard to say if strength is up, I think it is but really hard to gauge with the very varied training schedule - although definitely recomping, though I posted some picks last week, I'm very pleased with my legs!!! :D

As ever, like you I'm nowhere near as lean as I'd like in the midsection as I'd like but weight is down at 192lbs and BF a whisker under 16%

Hoping to lose another few pounds this week!

Awsome bro, keep it up, i'm making some adjustments to my training this week, gonna do a bit more HIIT during the week and hope for a couple more pounds to drop myself, your progress pics look good man, definitely leaning out!
 
I think a 3rd cardio session would do you well bro. just imo

Yea i totally agree with you, the part that is tricky for me is where to fit it in, i'm currently working about 75 hours a week on top of having to spend a little time here & there with the gf so that's why i favor the 20-30 min HIIT sessions, i can throw those in here and there during the week when i have a small window of time to work with. I know it's not enough to get the results i want as fast as i want them but it will have to work for now till my schedule lgihtens up a bit.
