Bangedup body recomp cycle questions

I hope some of you guys have the time to help me out. Basically im trying to do a body recomp by around May, for a trip to punta cana.....I am currently 5'11 about 190lbs....and id say around 15-18% bf. I have been dieting since new years, and am now ready to get serious. I am currently a excersise science student, working as a personal trainer, and have been lifting consistantly for 6 years, and am 23 years old, so i like to think if myself as fairly experienced, or atleast somewhat knowledgeable. what i was thinking about was going on a low-moderate carb diet untill the end of april, and then doing a 3 week SD cycle(my second time) followed by PCT. In theory, going from a low carb state to a high carb one will enhance the nurtient partioning effects of the SD. The cut before hand will shed some of the bodyfat im carrying, and then the SD will add some lean, dry gains with the net effect being a leaner and more muscular physique than i have now.

Make sense to anyone? Am i missing something? Is my logic sound?

My next question involves supplements
I have done alot of research around this board and others, but i was just wondering if you guys can double check me to see if im missing something.

ok, for the cut:
Basic cuts by DS
Sesamin by Scivation
Max CLA by Primaforce
Lean GReen(green tea extract)

Supporting Supps for the SD cycle
Anabolic Extreme Perfect Cycle
Taurine
CoQ10
Red Yeast Rice
Scivation NOOXIDANT

PCT supps
REbound XTby Designer SUpplements
Retain by Anabolic Extreme
Fuze by Primaforce
Xceed by Designer SUpplements(cee)

Look good? am i missing anything?
also what should i dose the CoQ10 and RYR at during my cycle? and should i continue them into PCT?

After PCt i plan to reevaluate where i am and see if i need to drop some more fat or add some more muscle, i relize that although i mentioned a may deadline, that this will still be a work in progress....i just want to be as big and as lean as possible by then.

ANyway thankyou for your help in advance guys

As per request, here is an idea of my diet. Sometimes i switch out one form of lean protien for another, but you should pretty much get the idea.

6:30-1/2 trioplex protien bar

CARDIO

8:00-6 egg white, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal

11:00- 1 can tuna, 1 cup baby spinach leaves, 2 tsp oil and viniger

2:00 2 grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup brocoli

5:00
1 salmon filet, sauted spinach and onions

6:30 PRE w/o 1 scoop ON 100% whey, 1/4 cup oatmeal

WORKOUT

8:00 POST w/o 2 scoops ON100%whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal

8:30 8oz lean cut of steak(sirlion) 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup of brocolli or spinach

That a usual day...could it use some tweaking? and then when i start the SD and bulking i would obviously add carbs at everymeal, still oatmeal and brown rice, and up the portion size of what i have there already.

Thanks again guys

i like that diet actually, what are the totals? i'd suggest for your off-training days that you keep carbs no more than 100gm's. and bump your training day carbs up to match the protein. might have to tweak it later on, but that's your best bet for shedding fat and maintaining muscle. JMO anywayz.

thanks beezelbub

took me a while to get that diet in check...but i think its lookin pretty good now too....

BTW...what do you think of my overall plan, the whole doing a low carb cut and then a bulk with lots of carbs and an SD cycle....do you think its logical for what im tryin to accomplish? or should it be the other way around?

any dramatic changes in diet are going to give negative results IMO. if you want to lose fat, small and gradual deductions in cals are best for preserving your hard earned muscle. if you're looking to gain muscle, once again, small and gradual increases in cals are best for keeping off the unwanted fat. the anabolics are nothing more than aids to help you on your quest, whatever it may be. small steps brutha. rome wasn't built in a day.

thanks again beezlebub...
i think im goin to keep cutting till the end of march, and then reevalute my body for the trip...
that should give me some time to drop some more bodyfat if i have to...
or get in a decent month of solid musclebuilding before i go...
and then i can decide if i should run the SD or not

Anyway...thankyou again beezelbub....and if you dont mind, can i continue to post some questions here for you to answer? you seem to have your **** together....
My first question would be if i have all my bases covered for PCT..should i decide to run the SD cycle in march. Ive done a whole bunch of research, and think i have all my bases covered, without having access to nolva.......also, i ran a 3 week cycle last summer with just taking rebound and fuze for pct and had no problems

SO what do you think? look ok or do i need to add something else?

i'd keep nolva on hand just in case. couple of the board sponsors here carry it, CEM comes to mind. you could most definately use the SD to assist you but just don't get frustrated if it bloats you up. some guys mistake bloat for fat, drop the cals even lower and come out small and weak. not the goal we're going for, eh? :D

in other words, stick to the plan with adjusting cals and don't do anything drastic, even when on SD. 200-300 cal decreases every few weeks adds up real quick.

Just an FYI but SD seems to be very CHO dependent.

Most logs that I have read with SD ran on low carb diets have reported shitty sides.

Just watch for signs and then be ready to modify the diet if need be.

I like Beelz pretty much find your diet pretty good. But you will be tweeking for best results. I recomend sticking with the complex carbs mostly, and also like Beelz said, take it slow. You want to transition from one phase to another. It not only allows you to track your progress but gives you lattitude in your diet as well. Taking smaller steps allows you more points of adjustment along the way.
