-Bane uses a mysterious drug called Venom, it increases his physical strength, healing process to superhuman levels. He needs to take it every 12 hours via a system of tubes pumped directly into his brain.
3)What is exactly this Venom? Its a mixture of various compounds.....what are they? (This is called the "Dominating Stack") *1-AD, Tren mimicker, GH enhancer, Fat Burner + High Calories + intense workouts daily = DOMINANCE (kicking Bruce Wayne's a$$ burns off atleast 1000 calories....)

-HIIT with bodyweight exercises(1 hour each session), twice a day, every day.
-When he is in the weight room, he uses super high volume, around 35+ working sets, rep ranges from 3 to 30, each muscle gets thrashed like this 2x a week!
