BaM's 3-AD, MassFX, Trisorbagen Log

Hey, yo!

This will be my first log on AM. I put this cycle together with the help of Tim, and gltrdone (thanks guys!). I won't go too much into my training routine, and diet. Just the basics. Here are my stats.

Stats:
HT.6'3 WT.234lbs. BF.16.3%

6 Week Cycle/3 Week PCT
Start Date: 5/4/08
Weeks 1, 2
3-AD - 4/daily (taken with 15-20g of fat)
MassFX - 4/daily
Trisorbagen - 3/daily

Weeks 3-6
3-AD - 6/daily
MassFX - 6/daily
Trisorbagen - 3/daily

Weeks 7-9 (PCT)
aPCT - 3/daily
Retain2 - 3/daily
Hyperdrol - 2/daily (bedtime)

Training Split:
Mon. Legs
Tues. Chest, Bi's, Abs
Wed. Cardio
Thurs. Back, Rear Delts, Abs
Fri. Shoulders, Tri's

Diet:
Between 3k - 3.5k cal/day

Not incredibly detailed, but its the basics.

Day1: Sun. 5/4/08

I always start new cycles on Sunday, so I can get my dosing down, and everything. First day went as good as can be expected, I guess. Tomorrow the fun starts!
 
Day 2: Mon. 5/5/08 Cinco De Mayo!

Trained legs today. Great workout, but doesn't everybody have great workouts the first day of a new cycle? lol. I took 2 MassFX, and 1 Trisorbagen with my NO-Xplode, and Plasma-Jet, 20min. before my workout. Seemed to make me even more aggressive, but thats prolly just in my head. Last set of leg presses was 28 plates for 10-12 reps, which is good for me. I really like having to take 15g-20g of fat with 3-AD, cause it gives me more excuses to eat PB!! Tomorrow is Chest, and Bi's. I'll post again tomorrow night.

Sounds like you're off to a good start. Keep up the good work, bro.

Day 4: Wed. Cardio

Sorry this is a day late. I had a great workout yesterday. Taking 2 MassFX with my pre-workout supps seems to be giving me some extra drive. I felt like I had to make myself stop training. Today was fine also. Just a typical cardio day, which no supplement can really make me enjoy, lol, but it went well. My diet has been spot on. I'm retaining some extra water, so I need to look into that, but everything else has been great so far.
 
I had a li'l water retention as well, when I took 3-AD as well. It's not really bad. Watch your sodium intake and you should be good. Water retention is due to a hormone called, aldosterone. Lowering sodium can help reduce it.
 
Day 5: Thurs. Back

Whats up gang? I was pretty tired today, but still had a good back workout. Still holding some extra water. I cut my sodium way down but I guess it will take a few days to notice a change. I'm starting to notice my strength going up. I felt really strong today despite feeling tired. Really looking forward to next week.
 
Nice job. It'll take a few days for the water retention to cease. Have you noticed any increases in strength, pumps, or endurance yet?
 
The main thing that I have noticed is strength. As I said before I was really tired yesterday before training back, but once I got going I felt really strong. One thing that I am giving myself credit for is getting enough sleep. I normally get about 6 hours/night which sucks, but all week I have gotten between 8-10 hours. I have to be up at 4am with my job (I manage a gym, and open it at 5am) so it takes alot of discipline to get my ass in bed early at night lol. I'll be doing shoulders, and tri's later today, and will post again tonight.
 
Day 6: Fri. Shoulders. Triceps
Day 7, 8 - Off
Day 9 Mon. - Legs

Hey yo. Sorry bout the late post for Friday's workout. I had a really good shoulder workout. My right elbow was a little sore, but still had a good tri's workout. I had a pretty hectic weekend, and didn't rest like I should've but its cool.

So far my weight is the same as it was when I started, but I seem fuller, and more vascular, despite the water retention that I've talked about before.

My leg workout today was the worst of my workouts since starting my cycle. I just felt sluggish. Not enough water, and not getting enough sleep this weekend had to be the cause, but it honestly wasn't that bad. I still felt strong, just not as strong as I could've been. But, things will back on track tomorrow. I'm hitting chest and bi's, and I'll report in tomorrow night.
 
Day 10: Tues. Chest, and Bi's

Now we are talking guys. One of the best workouts I've had in a long time. I felt very strong, and within 10 min. I had a pump from hell :aargh:. I think I'm losing the water I was holding, because I look much more vascular (especially during my training) I saw veins today that I've never seen, and this is nowhere near the leanest I've been. I'm going out of town tomorrow, and will try find a way to post, but if I can't I'll catch everything up when I get back on Sun.
 
Pumps from hell, huh? Very nice. Looks like things are staring to kick in. That's what I like to hear. :thumbsup:
 
Whats up guys? Im sorry for the long absence. I was in and out of town for the last 2 weeks, because Im in the process of moving and changing jobs. I will be back to my normal daily posting on Mon. To recap the last 2 weeks, they have gone really well! I have lost 3 pounds, but its bodyfat and water. My strength is way up. I havent been this strong in the gym since I was 260lbs. (Im 230 now). Well, have a good weekend guys. Ill check back in on Mon. after my leg workout :squat:
 
Glad to hear you are making great progress. Keep it up, man. Looking forward to hearing how your leg workout goes. :thumsbup:
 
I'M looking forward to reading your logs, sounds like decent progress. I am going on the epi cycle shortly and after pct will try probably the 3-AD but im in Australia so see if it gets in to te country first. Like to do a h-drol, p plex etc cycle as well.
By the way i am a 36 year old lifter fo r those that dont know and weigh just on 200 with about 13% fat. Seem to gain well just on protein drinks and decent eating.

Just a quick update from today. I moved my legs session to tomorrow and moved tomorrows chest, bi's workout, to today. I've had a cold for about 5 days, and it hasnt stopped my training and dieting so far, but today just wasnt a good day for legs. I did however have a great chest, and biceps workout. Felt real strong even being under the weather. Hit a new high for incline DB curls with 60's for 10 reps! My diet has been really good so I had a pizza saturday, but other than that Ive been pretty spot on. Ill be back tomorrow with the results of my leg day.
 
Sup gang. Well I'm finally getting over this cold. Yesterdays leg workout was rough cause I felt like ****, but I got through it, and believe it or not I was pretty strong. Just felt like I was gonna pass out lol. Today was back. WOW! I was very strong today, and it feels like its just gonna get better, and better. I'm right in the groove of my cycle now, and its really starting to kick in. So far, my strength has gone up every week, I'm more vascular (despite still holding a little more water than usual) and my muscles feel "full" alot longer after workouts. Now that Im around the half way point of the cycle I have to give it 2 thumbs up! I have been very pleased, and have had NO side effects what so ever. Thanks once again for all the advice and input. I'll post again tomorrow or Fri. I'm training shoulders, and tri's tomorrow, and now that this cold is going away, I cant wait!
 
Yo yo,

Just gonna drop in and say that I had a great shoulders, and tri's workout on Fri. today was chest, and bi's and it went well. I'm still fighting that damn cold I had, and it seems to come and go. Today I felt a little rough but my strength was there. I was just mentally fatigued. I have alot going on with moving and changing jobs right now, so it may have not been the best time to start a new cycle, but never the less its still going really well. Tomorrow is legs. Ill check back in and let you guys know how it went.
