balance of carbs for cutting?

Hi everyone,

I just began my cutting phase and i know its time to lower my carb intake. The only problem with that is Im on the track team in college, so i need the carbs for my running and training. So how do i balance out the carbs to get shredded but at the same time have endurance energy for practice and runs?
im currently at 12% bf from bulking. 5'7" 170lbs.
Thanks guys

You don't NEED to cut carbs if you're cutting, you just have to make sure you're in a caloric deficit. And if you're running, that shouldn't be too hard to do.

You only need to cut carbs to lose weight if you want to join the keto cult.

Actually, it really depends on your body type. Endomorphs do much better on lower carb intake. I know I do.

it can also have a direct relation to your muscle mass or the muscle you will retain as you shed the weight.
