Bad service

Hello

I just want to write my experience with you,

In the middle of march I made an order to israel, In the first I got fast replys, after I made the order and paid I tried to contact couple of times in email and I haven't got any response from the company,

When I called them in the end of march I got an answer that the order have been shipped.

The representative told me that the package is already have been shipped, I was happy and I thought that all the problem solved.

I chose the shipping method USPS 4-6 weeks

So I got the package in the beginning of may, and I delighed to find that they write the actually amount of the order, Just for knowledge I asked them about 10 times to write low amount in the customs form and the told me no problem!.

After I tried to contact them in E-mail and include john, I haven't got any respond from them.

I have to say that's was my first time of ordering from the site and ofcourse the last time.
 
I'm sure they will jump on here and respond...

But you have to remember that ordering out of the country, let alone across the Atlantic to a postal region like Isreal can be difficult.

What exactly are you upset about, just curious because it didn't come across very clear.

You ordered say March 15, it arrives May 5th. Seems about 6 weeks to me, which IS the shipping method you choose.

Are you upset that they mistakenly wrote in the CORRECT amount of the package but did not follow YOUR request to lower the actual price? Yes a fault on their end.. but an honest mistake.

Just some food for thought.
 
This is an example of why we're probably not going ot do international shipments anymore. There is an obvious communication gap, as we HAVE responded to all of your e-mails. You did reeive your shipment in a timely fasion, yet your upset because we didnt write a lowenough price on the forms. Im sorry for the miscommunication, and hope you find a proper vehicle to better communicate your desires. As far as our end goes, we did everything correctly...except I guess not meeting your wishes on writing a low enough price on the forms.
As for domestic shipments...we moved into a new 10,000 square foot warehouse w/ a live inventory program notifying the customer of stockages, etc....Our new system makes us more then capable of being accurate...and as for our customer service....I have my personal e-mail and company e-mail available abd have helped every person who's needed it immediately. I think our service is 2nd to none, and our customers will verify this. As for these international shipments, thanks to this order...being mad at us not writing a false enough price on the forms....we're definately going to be more careful.
 
Personally, I don't see where you have a ***** myself due to the fact that you wanted a legit company to lie so that you can import substances that are not allowed into your company...
 
DUDE you are way outta of line coming to this forum bashing BPN !!! I have done business with John for 2 years, and their customer service is second to none, as I have been called when stock has come, and as far as prices they are great. Also it seems ahole like to be mad because he told the truth on the invoice and you were being cheap on the tax. Learn manners bro,

Brent, yes, we can and do. Our Iventory is "live" at all times to the customer in an up to date fashion.
On a side note...thanks to everyone for seeing this situation for what it is...appreciate the support! If you were all 5'3, Blonde and Bosomy...Id kiss you all! LOL

ahh, nice touch. I was just trying to get myself in as company rep. hehe.
 
I placed my first order today and it was shipped about 2 hours later, now thats good service:clap2:

Indeed. I've been shopping at BPN for over 6 years and John is one hell of person constantly going out of his way to get **** done. Now if I could only get him to carry SNS.....:D ;)
 
I've been studying abroad in Germany for the past year and ordering supps online is a major pain. I would buy stuff in Germany, but paying more than than double the normal online price is not my thing. I just make big orders, so I don't have to deal with customs often. If the company you order from writes a low price on there, the customs people would probably notice and give you a lot of sh** about it. In the end, causing more trouble than paying the fee would've been. The fee is not THAT bad, just compare the end price to the price you would've had to pay in your country.
 
BPN is the ONLY supplement supplier that I haven't had issues with and I can be a real bastard to deal with !:rasp:

I think the originator of this thread failed miserably, I have not 'yet' ordered from BPN but had full intentions on doing so for my next supplement rounds. I run several online stores myself 'not supplements' but know exactly where he is coming from, the customer asked him to break the fricking law, simple as that.

You can not please every customer, it would be great if you could. However coming into the thread like you did, showing you wont back down when you are in the right, yet not be a **** has commanded respect from me personally and you can count on an order from me in the very near future.

Thank you machinehead23 you have made my decision to BUY from this company, not boycott them as you obviously were hoping for.

Brent..Its not on my personal e-mail, so I take it you sent it to the Bestprice e-mail ( gee, that makes sense!), so I'll my guy to make sure he got it.
