Bad dip form?

ive noticed that when i dip my right shoulder kinda collapses/comes forward. ive never had any pain occur because of this. im just wondering is it bad?
 
You're supposed to keep your shoulders upright when dipping, and only lean your chest forward if you want to place emphasis on it. I'd have to see a vid of you performing the exercise to offer and real input.
