I had the same discomfort in my lower back after about 9 days into the later split of my cycle. I began to eat 3-4 bananas per day, and increased my water intake. This helped with my problem.
L-Taurine is highly advisable to take if you are experiencing cramping. I believe it metabolzes into Potasium.
