Okay guys,
here's the deal, i spent the past 2 years not being able to train due to a crushed clavicle and the bone they had to rebuild it from came from my hip. since the accident, i've lost easily half my muscle mass and gained 20 pounds easy. in the last half year i've been running a couple of K a night and lost about 12 pounds again, now i think its time i start training again, time to get back in shape before i head of to university in sept '09.

this is where you guys come in, i have only once used CEE, for 5 weeks, and i loved the results, however i find myself dazzled by the choices out there. so this thread is basicly for you guys to share workout tips and supplements to add to your stack. for the countless people i'm sure are out there in a predicament similar to mine.

in return i'll add a picture up here with my progress monthly.
lets see what your combined knowledge and my dedication to this can do in just over a year yeah?!

Creatine, beta alanine, protein, waxy maize.

Bulk creatine, bulk beta alanine, bulk waxy maize (check np for bulks), ON 100% whey gold standard or the like. RPM/zap or similar if you need a pre w/o kick.

Maybe a intra w/o like intrabolic or sizeon.

X2, Don't blow a lot of money on stuff just to be taking a bunch of stuff. Stick to these basics when starting again.
 
first check NP for deals as was said above, they are a great resource.

Get a good whey (scivation makes a nice one), then look for a good multi, I am not a creatine fan (non responder) but there is a lot out there. Then I would look for an overall "jack of all trades" performance enhancer like Poseidon.

I think that is a great place to start and should offer a lot of help to you as you are getting going again.
