Got back to the gym today after my 6 day lay off.. While I was off I only did cardio and abs a few times.. Relaxed in steam room and jaquzzi.. Body feels alot better and went right throught todays workout without a problem. Glad to be back i the gym it was a boring week.
^ I agree usually after a good few days off after lifting consitently for a while those workouts are great i don't know if your just so pumped to be back in the gym or what but as guy above me mentioned even after one day off i feel bad and usually hit the gym no week breaks for me.
