Second pin in
Going to alternate quads and ventralglute
Def a little worse Pip this time. Think I hit close to a nerve. No blood when aspirating or anything, but irritated something. Not a big deal. Just feel it in my knee haha

Last time I pinned late night then slept and that may have helped. May alternate from Monday PM/Friday AM to Monday PM/ Thursday PM
 
Chest yesterday was solid! Did some nice volume work, drop sets, negatives. Felt really good
Weight still stabilized. Nothing to report there

Now for the bad. The Pip was stupid painful. By the end of the night I could barely drive home from the baseball game
Soaked it for about 30min then 29min on the tens unit and went to bed. Popped 3g of taurine and my dose of ACare.
This morning it's def feeling better, but I won't be working legs for a day or two more. Really the quad is fine, it's my knee that's painful.
Ventral and glute moving forward. May still hit the left quad but the right may be off limits for a few weeks

With vg's, I have absolutely zero pip. I have yet to try the glutes or delts. I just don't trust myself to keep my hand steady on the plunger..
 
Yeah I had to take off yesterday, too tight to walk. Going to hit the gym again today. Have a knee brace on and that is helping.
Pretty sure I hit a nerve, and the body response caused some swelling and the fluids went down to the knee. After research this was just a bad pin placement on my part. I'll blame it on new guy syndrome lol
Next pin tomorrow will be VG

0 Pain. This is perfection. And it helps this test shoots like butter.
 
Finishing up Week 4 this week
Lethargy has subsided.
Weight is up to 189 and stable.
Vascularity is up
Strength gains are on the up swing
Body comp is going very well. For those peaking in I'm not looking to put on much weight, just recomp for spring before an ECA stack for summer to shed out and define LBM.
Loving the test. The msten is a good kick start, but pinning is so low maintenance. Fantastic.

Hitting chest today, can't wait to go smash some weights, then smash a few other things ?
 
Weight is up another couple lbs at 190-191

Feeling really good
No sides at all at this point
Pip has calmed down since switching to VG (just mild soreness and normal muscle irritation)

Right now training is still in muscle isolation for 60-90min daily.
Will start adding in HIIT in the coming weeks.
Recomp has really developed alot of my back and extremities, and have plenty of time to develop torso and abdominals/lower back.
Not planning on dropping a ton of BF% till after PCT with the ECA, but still tightening up and building some mass too. Very happy with current results
 
Man, not feeling it today at all!
In the gym, but not even doubling up the pre workout is getting me into beast mode. One of those days I guess.
Feeling a little bloat as well. May throw in a mild water shedding sup or go ahead and start using some adex E3D to help with that.
We will see how work goes and I may try to hit it again this afternoon. Lats need work...
 
UPDATE:

I'll probably be updating weekly from this point now that the Msten cycle kickoff has completed and running straight Test from here forward.
Had a great run with that msten, put up to 192 (from 185) in 5 weeks and strength gains are up 15-25lbs per lift.
Body comp is looking better. More vascular, chest is fuller, back is developing well.
Still holding water, but not too bad.
I have added in .5mg of adex on pinning days ( every 3.5 days) started having some sensitivity and want to nip that in the butt right away.
Still have 10 weeks to go so let's kill this thing!
Hope to waiver around 195-200 by the end with about 10-12% then shred out after pct as the water weight cuts down and run an eca stack to get ready for summer
