Hey guys little bit of advice here.
Was not on here for years probably. As being Wada tested athlete I didn't really want to play with fire too much.
But now kind of retired (at least from professional sport), after being out of serious training for past year due to some health and injury issues.
But now I am trying to get back in shape.
And would need advice on supplements that can make it little easier.
Not looking into anything unnatural (maybe in the future)
My main goals would be: strength, build muscle, fat loss. Don't want to put on weight.
Had 86 kg year ago with under 10% fat.
Now at around 89-90 kg with probably between 15 -20% fat (problematic area stomach and love handles)
So goal would be get stronger while get fat closer to 10% while not gain weight.
Any idea of stack that would make it a bit easier to achieve?
I was looking into things like Anabolic XT + adding topical cream for spot fat reduction...
