Been out a few months. My ex gf had our baby shes 4 months old now, its been hectic, i been trying to go atleast 3 times a week to the gym sometimes i can others well u get the idea. Whats new ? Any new supps or new supps companys that are worth trying ? Hope to see some familiar faces reply to this post.
