Finally back and ready to rock! Two weeks was too much in that city. After I had walked 100 miles and seen everything within the first week I was burnt out.
Now the first day of my post-gym-rest begins and we're stacking some serious stuff to get back on track!
Just wanted to say hey and glad to be back and see how the forum peeps have been destroying the gym!
