coop New member Jul 20, 2007 #1 Hey Guys I was told to do my IGF 5 minutes after my w/o....no problem. But if I'm doing back, bi's and abs....should i pin after back and bi's....then do ab's? Or pin my bi's or back after I'm done with ab's? Or is this splitting hairs? Thanks Coop

TeamSavage Registered User Jul 20, 2007 #2 Why not just do abs first? IGF can make some people a little lethargic and/or hypo after pinning, so continuing your workout probably isn't the best idea.
