How'd you mess it up?

We did them in football when I was in HS.

Bad form because i got mad during shurgs (my grip was failing) so i used my creatine rage and shot the weight up and hurt my back doing them because of pure chit form lol dropped weight after that but got pain in back when move and breath deep lol

LOL. but no crap dude, we all envy guys like you who were born with genetics on their side. No doubt you work your ass off but I have always wished I was born bigger. I know it's not possible to reach a pro level like Mr. Olympia or Worlds strongest man because I will never be tall enough or heavy enough. Not that that's my goal, but you know what I mean.

The good news is we are all better off than 99% of the guys out there today, lol.

My goal is to do strongman, obviously in the lighter class. We have a local thing that comes within an hours drive sometimes, I haven't looked into it too much. But they have a 220+ and under classes. I figure I can get back up around 200 and compete pretty well. I was set to go before I messed up my back, I just have to get back there and take care of all my issues... I would still kill for the extra 4 inches in height and the thicker arms... lol

Haha not for me, though I have a few kids trying to talk to me about it, I can make natty gains for a lot longer. prob 10+ years before I even consider the dark side... and still doubt I will. PH will be as far as I ever go I think.

As far as the WSM, I am sure they are tested, but they probably just go off cycle in time to not test for it at comp time. I really can't answer that for sure though.

Personally I don't think they look roided up (well some do) but, you never know, since they are all pretty heavy too. You should look it up. I have finals still this week so I can't really spend time on too much BS. But I am curious.

Yup I read the same thing. Apparently they did/do test for non-performance enhancing drugs such as meth, coke, etc. If they did test for the goods I don't think we would have "world strongest men" on the show, lol.

Just rest it, ice and heat if they seem to help, gentle stretching in the morning. Where is the pain in your back and what does it feel like?
 
Around mid back, hurts sometimes when i breathe. maybe a strain/pulled muscle?

Could be. Did you hurt it pulling the weight up during the clean or when you snapped it into the hold position? Is the pain near your shoulder blade area, and is it central, both sides, or a particular side?
 
Best bet is rest it and see how it feels in a day or two. Take a day off tomorrow or do something that doesn't touch your back AT ALL.
