B12: Shot of champions?

I love B-12 injects, big difference in the way I feel for sure !

(No B.S.) I never feel a thing through a 5/8 25g syringe. makes for good practice if your uncomfortable injecting.

not saying it and others like it are total crap.but they are indeed inferior.i used cyano form for a while and then switched to methyl!wow..huge difference,ill never go back.i prefer to get my other b's via my oral multi anyways too.

as far as the needlephobic guy i saw post.a subq inject with a slin pin is nothin,u dont even feel it really

i hit 1mg twice a week

again,i cant stress it enough.i know its tempting to get a milion year supply of vet bcomplex with cyano...but seriously.get the pure b12 of the methyl form.if u break it down cost wise,its very very very negligable.your only using 1-2 ml a week.say a bottle costs 40 bucks. and its 30ml with 1mg/ml
using 1 ml twice a week.thats a 15 week supply.so your lookin at 10 bucks a month.more than worth it.
if ya cant drop 10 bucks a month on something this important for this ideal form..get a better job :)
 
I'm impressed with the walmart brand vit B12. after about a week of taking it I could tell the difference with allergy type symptoms after mowing the lawn.
 
Thanks to methylcobalamin, my allergies have virtually disappeared and my endurance has increased. To me, not having to deal w/ congestion everyday is worth the price difference of b12 and methylb12. It feels so nice to be able to breathe through my nostrils again.
 
So are injections subcutaneous or intramuscular? One can use a slin pin either way. Correct? I have tiny little slin pins for my GH injections. If one must go IM, does it need to be DEEP or will a little slin pin do?

I do IM and yes a slin pin will work. The solution is rediculously easy to draw and inject.
 
I just bought some Methyl B-12 at the "Whole Foods" store.. 3000mcg sublingually.. I'll take one, once per day and see what happens...
 
I've been taking Methyl B-12 1000mcg per day taken sublingually for the last 4 days. I have noticed a very real elevation of my mood.

I may have had a B-12 deficiency since I am on prescription stomach acid suppressers (which are said to cause low B-12). So I may just be making up for the deficiency. I hope the mood elevation and sense of well being lasts.

B2...... 2.0mg
B6...... 5.0mg
B12...... 5.0mcg

100ML USP grade

how the heck is this dosed? most b-12 ive seen say 1000mcg/ml but how would i dose this?

btw its UKs stuff.

I assume that these amounts are per mL, but I dont think that this would be worth it. There are other options that wont require as high of a dose.
 
those doses are high?

so is it like 1500mcgs/ml or something?

edit: or i read that completely wrong and its severely under dosed?
