b12 injection

I've been reading alot about b12 and decided to give it a try. I figure it'll be good practice before starting my first real cycle. My queston is what size needle to use and are the injections IM or sub q?

I'm use 23G x 1" needle for quad inj. U don't feel a thing. This is from a person who came up with as many excuses at possible not to use needles w/ anything. My sister is a nurse and hooked me on to do it properly.

Or you can use a 25g 5/8" insulin needle and do it sub-q. Personally, I don't notice anything when injecting B-12.
