b12 dosage?

id like to start b12 injections in btwn my cycles, if i can can someone tell me what good dosages/ed or eod or how much a week max ? and if i can use a slin pin? or hav to use im?

This has been talked about alot, and usually guys either swear by it or don't care for it at all.
Never tried so i can't tell ya.

It is used at 1000mcg a day and can be IM injection or be injected with a slin pin.
