I started using Spironolactone not long ago. I purchased the liquid but I never used it because it smelled too bad. Serious rotten eggs.. However, the "cream" has almost no scent at all.. The only downside is when you sweat, it seems that SOME of the scent is activated.. Still, the liquid was unbearable. The lotion is okay...

Which brand? I've used CNW's and the "skunk" smell wasn't apparent until my last bottle. So I just used it at night.
