AX/Tri Question

Hey I am starting then AX/TZ stack soon and always see questions about when to dose. I understand it doesnt matter when to dose either? Although looking through friends I see people saying both should be taken 30 min before food intake?

Also I plan on taking 6 caps of AX a day. Should I dose it 2/2/2 or 3/3?

Activate Xtreme should be taken on an empty stomach approx 20-30 mins before eating. For the sake of convenience take your Triazole during this time also.

Take 2 caps Activate Xtreme and 2 caps Triazole when you wake up, and 2 caps of Activate Xtreme and 1 cap of Triazole around evening time.

Start with 4 caps/day to begin. If you think you need to bump to 6 caps/day after a week or two, then bump them.
