Bumping an old thread here, but awsome work brah!! I Just stumbled on this!!, Im about to embark on PRRS or nortons Phat program this week, doing my home work as to what i feel will work for me best leading up to my comps in june or october 2012, leaning towards PRRS though as im a family man of 2 kids and a hectic lifestyle at times with work/stress/day to day living, PRRS wont burn me out as fast, plus its just a scaled down pre layed out bbin mesocycle in my opinion, which i feel is the best way to train.
