I'm at 235x5 , supposedly I'm gonna do (according to wendler 5/3/1) 265x1 in 2 weeks...lets see how it goes :D! My goal is 315 by december too!! and at least 155 on Power Cleans :p

the only issue i have is like the dead platform is the center of the gym, so some smart person must have made it just to bothr me. so once i hit 315 or so people start staring cause i dont look my strength at all
 
Lmao this thread. Strippers, booze, sex tapes and deadlifts...

I'm at 250x2-3... but mind you this is after doing hiit cardio as warm up.. And following about 4-5 worksets In the 185-225 range x 5-8 reps.. 1.5min rests... This was before I stopped deadlifting for the cut... During football I had gotten up to 290x1 but that was in season so strength gain wasn't a priority, It just happened due to reduced cardio work , leading to more muscular strength duhhhh.
