I am deploying soon and wondering when the Xtend + Psycho sale will be in stock? Any chance it will be available by Monday 2 March?

Well, they have it listed as "buy now", but when you go to check out, it says that "One or more products in your cart are currently oversold. This may delay the shipment of your order." so I am assuming that maybe they are just taking pre-orders.

Yeah, you can still order it. You might want to email them on Monday to find out when it will ship though. I'd think you're safe depending on when you're leaving.
