ATW Service and Product Review

Okay, I finally decided to make the switch and give AllTheWhey a chance. I just placed my order today and I will keep all informed on the speed, and accuracy of the service as well as the quality of the products I have ordered. The pressure is on, ATW!!!

So far, I recived the email confirmation on my order. We'll see how long it takes to ship, or how long it takes to notify me of backorder if applicable. Stay tuned.

I received my email notification from UPS that the package was shipped on the 5th. Just 2 days after I ordered it. It probably would've shipped at least day earlier if I knew to put Laura in the subject box. So far so good though.
 
Ran outta protein this morning; received my order this afternoon. So the timing was perfect. The goods have been inspected and it was what I ordered.

The products:

I just tasted the Chocolate orange blend protein. It mixes pretty well in my shaker with water. Tastewise it's not bad, but not all that tasty. The flavor is more on the subtle side. But buying protein for taste is like lifting weights to get girls.

The orange weightgainer tastes pretty good. The only problem I had with it was the clumping. Other than that; me like.

I also have the sample pack of isolate so that will also determine whether or not ATW keeps my business.

Most important is the effectiveness of the product--DOES IT SUPPLEMENT MY DIET?! Well we'll sure find out in the next month or so.
 
same here,i raved about this company in the beginning and my last two orders have been a mess,slow,no freebies...and no answer on my last two emails..you guys need to take care of this before word starts to spread about the service.
(and this is from someone who loves your products)

Hey!!!!......just because your roof caved in is no excuse to stand me up. My overpass is making it just fine through all of these storms on the West coast......now git your ass o'r here.
 
free stuff is great but without my protein that i don't have and have been billed for i could pass on the freebies...i understand about the roof but if they can't fulfill orders in a timely way,maybe they should not take orders right now and just explain this whole situation on the web site.
you will lose cutomers by handling it this way(not you personally)
it just leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths when you order something and have to chase around to get info on the product...
 
Dude - you are so right. Because we are a small company, this flood caused us to lose a bin and this took production DOWN and this would not have happened in a big company, but in the big company, you pay more.....I understand that we will lose some people over this and this is sad, but the nature of business. I am just trying to salvage what I can and keep up with happiness all over the board.

I totally respect your opinion and I wish that we had handled it differently and I hope that some people will come back........Laura
 
i will vouch for them, i was there today, i live close so i can just pick up my order, and i talked to one of the owners, he told me about the accident and a bunch of other stuff going on, apologized a bunch for what was happening. and for those of you that dont konw, it's a VERY small company, there were 4-5 people in the office today, and i think there are maybe 7 desks in the whole office. very small. it's not like a big company that can just pump out orders.

I've been emailing you about the problem with the "package condition." I haven't heard from anyone at your home office but after reading this thread i understand why things might be taking a little longer. All I'd like to know is what you would like me to do, whether it be sending it back to you guys or anything else. Please get back with me so i can get this box replaced and move forward. You WILL NOT lose my business I'm just stuck with no protien and have been for 2 weeks now. I would go out and buy a 5bl'er but After spending what i spent for 25 lbs its not in my budget. I'd prefer if you emailed me back in response rather than replying to me in this thread. You should have about 2 or 3 emails from me since you last contqacted me. Thanks in advance, and again im sorry to hear about your roof! Hope everything clears up for ya!

Update

Man am I loving this Chocolate Orange flavored blend! I am craving it as I'm typing this. The orange MassGainer is the bomb also. ATW, I'll be back!!!
