ATW lives up to it again!

Some of you may have seen my other thread about my last purchase from ATW. UPS must've been rather rough with the package since the protein powder was all over the inside of the box. It was even pouring out of the box. It got everywhere. I posted a thread about it and Marc almost immediately messaged me, asking that we be able to put in a claim. He wanted to make it up to me, so he sent me a 5lb. bag of banana WPB.

Though he didn't really have to, he did it anyway.

Sold, I'm running low on WPI and was planning on obtaining more this weekend. Sealed the deal for me! That's very stand-up of them bro. How does it taste?

I even told Marc that it was greatly appreciated, though not necessary, but he insisted. He seemed pretty frustrated with UPS as well.

He let me choose the flavor, but I figured that I'd try something different, aside from the usual chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon bun proteins that I already have plenty of. I've had samples of the banana WPB before. It's very good.

Yep Marc's a great guy to deal with & really goes above & beyond for their customers. I'll keep shopping with ATW.

Customer service like that is rare.
