Random AP info for Jacob, etc. So many places to post it, hopefully it is noticed here.
I hate working out on a full or even half-full stomach. Call me weird. So I did the big carb meals as directed for a while while using Yellow Gold. Good pumps were hit and miss on workouts.
3 times in the last 2 weeks, I have experiented with something. The first time out of desperation and necessity. The next 2 times deliberately:
1. 2 caps Yellow Gold/AP
2. 15 minutes of deep thought
3. Approx. 2 tablespoons BCAA Powder, 1 teaspoon Bee Pollen granules, 1 teaspoon Royal Jelly in a honey base.
4. Workout
5. Cry, both in pain and happy tears, during the agony of the pumps.
All three were different workouts (bi's, chest, tris). No other real variables to factor in on the given days the pumps were better than others. I understand the long term benefits may not be as good without the major dose of carbs, but this effectively gave me awesome workouts with the empty stomach feel I like to workout with.
