How do i attach an excel spreadsheet?

Go Advance -> click on the paper clip icon -> add file

it says that it is an invalid file

your other option is to zip the file, then you can upload

its an excel spreadsheet of my workouts for my log

you can also try this... rename the file to txt and make a note on your post to remove .txt
