Squats felt strong today. Just positioning sucks for high bar. Knees feel funky with high bar. Haven't found the groove yet. Everything is just tight.

-felt strong today. Kind of went forward on high bar squats. Positioning sucks.

On another note. Been on the 12 hour night shift for a week now and it's taking its toll. I'd sleep all day on my day off, wake up to eat and still continue to sleep at night. So not sure how to make the switch to being a vampire. My body just goes back to sleeping at night and being awake in the AM. Trying to find time to get to the gym has been a struggle. I'm also back in school for my BSN. I find myself picking my battles.. Go to the gym and be tired or skip the gym and get some sleep... Ehh. I'll figure it out.
