Squats were good today. Felt stronger. Positioning is where it needs to be. Just condition was blah. each set of ten felt the same. Had to catch my breath at 5 reps and took my time to finish the 10 reps.
 
Hah I was huffin n puffin Mann. Haven't had asthma tho. Ever since I stopped taking too much "pump" related supps. So that helped me get through the reps.

-missed almost another week. So put a lot of the work in today. Beginning of the week I had a bad case of food poison. Had a whole pizza to myself And that was it from there. Couldn't keep anything down throughout the week. And then sons bday was this week so had a lot of party planning to do which wore me out even more.

So today's session was good amount of work. Just felt a bit heavy so kept things somewhat light. Get some blood flowing. I'll see if I can hit it tomorrow morning.
 
I housed an entire pizza to myself Friday night it tore my stomach up for the majority of Saturday.

It was his 1st. Thanks! Yea had this awesome superhero theme for the kids. And he was superman. Turned out great.

But yea I'm not that great with too much dairy. So eating all that pizza would of been fine but the added extra cheese on it did not help!

Wooof. Tired. Shoulda carbed up last night but I knocked out too early. Bar was slow today for deads. Been a while since I hit anything over 4 plates on Sumos and damn couldn't stay tight. But back at the 531. Kinda just estimated a working set that I know I can have 10 solid reps. Start off light again and work my magic.

Yea that volume is tough in the am. But yea it does seem like yesterday that he was born. Damn. Life too fast.

But shoulders is great w/ a closer grip. Nudge the grip a bit further out and I bet the pain will come back. So il take the added ROM over risk of pain anyday. How's the shoulders for u man? I c ur bench is starting to take steps forward man that's awesome

Yep time to get some mobilization/ soft tissue work in man. Tight glutes/hips will also cause the low back to feel tight.

It was pretty painful rolling around. Found some real tender areas and worked that area till it went away. Feels brand new this morning
