Before the ban my buddy dropped a paycheck on all these phs, I wanted to get one in before the Arnolds, but after hours of research I'm almost more confused then I was, I want to bulk so here's a pic of what I have I have many bottles this is just one of each and the unlabeled is DMZ. Any suggestions on what to do would be extremely helpful, thank you all for reading

Oh well:/ Maybe try when you have computer. ha. but try doing some research over at Invalid Link Removed I think Strong Does an awesome job at explaining PH's and dosages.

Oh yea I forgot about that rule. Just get your post count up and check out some threads and peoples logs and once you have it up then post the pic. but if you tried calling Strong Supplement Shop they're prolly pretty busy with the holidays and ban going on. ha

Based on all the information you've provided us and that pic, I would suggest doing the PMAG and eat like a horse
