So I've seen this supplement here and there and I have always looked over it, as I thought it bullsh!t. However recently one of my friends said he tried it and he's said it does exactly what it claims(makes preworkout stronger/helps with absorption) and he loves it. I don't necessarily trust him as I don't trust most anyone about any supplements, as a lot of people are just dumb. So I was wondering if it was any good????

Questions:

Would this help the absorption of a preworkout/make stronger such as conqu3r unleashed?

Would it help with absorption with other supplements?

Would it help absorption of DS/PHs?(not that I gonna use it for it as I'm to young to cycle)

Are the other benefits that it claims that aren't related to absorption true? If so would it be enough to actually tell any difference?

If it does work why haven't I seen it at all on this forum?

Appreciate the shout-out, bro!

Astragin does indeed help with absorption. Especially NO products and joint relief products. I just did some quick Googling and couldn't find anything regarding PH/DS, though.

Thanks for the replies guys. That was an interesting read. I wonder what are the limits of it would help absorb.

Do you guys think that it would be worth buying an astragin based supplement such astravar 2.0 to increase absorption of a preworkout?
