Astral dreaming?

When I was young, I used to lucid dream constantly, and also have very lucid OBE's in my dreams. I can remember most of them to this day.

Seems to have slowed down and then stopped as I grew older.

astral dreaming is fairly pointless

waking up, on the other hand, is not :)
