I am starting the freak workout plan on Monday complete with the supplements. I just have a question regarding rep ranges and weight.

If you are say doing the 12 sets of 4 reps, do I start with a weight which is my 4 rep max and decrease the weight as I complete the sets and start to fail, or do I use a weight which i can manage for all 12 sets? Is it the same for the 5 X 5 sets as well.

Also, I usually do 4, 20-30 minute HIIT sessions a week. Is it still ok to do cardio during this programme? I mainly do it for cardio fitness, but also to keep my bodyfat in check, especially on my legs.

Any input or advice in general on the training programme would be appreciated.
