coming off this stack and saw decent results...looking for some basic supps to help me stay cut and add alil mass..im thinking just using creatine,no product,protein,and a glutamine supp...and a multi and fish oil of course
Cool. For your creatine / NO product have you considered Jack3d? The energy is pretty intense. I do not think you need a glutamine product; if you are looking for a recovery product get some BCAA.
