I don’t understand why you think an anti inflammatory would reduce muscle gains. I keep seeing this thrown around and it’s complete and utter bullshit. Chronic Inflammation is the main culprit behind so many diseases and there are even anti inflammatories like curcumin that are anti catabolic. Astaxanthin from what I’ve read is a fantastic supplement for overall health.
