LOL...It just brought back memories of the old board when Cat answered every single question. It was really amazing the amount of work he did back then that was visible to everyone. This is when he was doing a lot of research in PH's...

i personally like the comment i think made by par or layne where they said cat had muscletech scared at mr. olympia this year with him spreading rumors about their bad products and marketing
