I wouldn't recommend it. The recommended scoop is huge and it taste disgusting. It upset my stomach every time I used it.

I recently bought the new/reformulated Assault, and I must say that I prefer the old version better - it seemed to have more "kick" to it. The new version does give me a strong mental focus, which is nice, but it is missing the energy boost that the old formulation had. On the positive side, the scoop/serving size on the new formula is smaller, which is nice, but the taste (fruit punch) is not quite as good. The consistency is sort of "milky," whereas the old version was "watery."
