Aspire 36 First-timer

So today's the day .. popping my Aspire36-cherry ;)

Took one cap Aspire36 about 30 minutes ago, along with the following:
* 600mg ALA
* 1.5 g ALCAR
* 1 gram Vitamin C
* 2.5 grams Beta Alanine

- got my girl around the corner, and I'm hoping to great her with a standing salute ..

- my antioxidants is an attempt to lessen/reduce the flushing/redness many experience with Aspire36. Dsade mentioned the Beta Alanine addition, and I'm personally just a big fan of ALCAR.

Any other suggestions to help my endeavor .. ? please me know !

It's good stuff brother, but you will have realised that by the time you read this post. The headache is a bit annoying though.
