asperating in shoulder injections?

Do you have to asperate your inj. into delts? and if so any one got any helpful hints. also my slight swelling in my shoulder has moved down toward the bi and tri area it was my first time in shoulder with ethante

That comment seems a little rash - but consider that you can lose a limb by injecting improperly, it's really good advice. Anyone I talk with who is considering using injectable steroids - I tell them to do a LOT of research on injecting before they go ahead and do it. The simplest thing like breathing on your needle can put you in the grave...
