Ask an Ironflex rep

Hello Anabolic minds.
Rather than have a product specific FAQ section I figured we would open a thread to allow any one to ask about any of our products, how to run them, what to stack with them, proper pct protocol, or any other questions that you may have.
Now lets get lukehayd bcazo and tygatyag in here to help out.
Ask away.

Whats your favorite position??? Is that too personal??? :veryhappy: You wanted me here.. LOL

Not an IronFlex product question exactly but its a very common question to see beginners asking what modifications to make to their lifting program while on cycle, and then PCT.

Does team IF have any general recommendations or favourite programs?

I do. I doubt we will have a general consensus on a program since we all respond different to volume, rest and caloric intake.

My favorite programs are;
DC training and GVT training. I'll bastardized a 5x5 as well.

I'm going to agree and add, depending on your goals I love an FST7 type of routine while on... That last set of 7 will pump you up and push blood into the muscle like no other...

Cycle dependent honestly. If I'm in a "bulk" I lift with moderate volume and heavy weight. Essentially I lift like a power lifter.

If I'm cutting my strength becomes crap so I push as much blood as possible into the muscle. Mi40 style, fst7, meadows all produce good amounts of volume for that. Also I find more volume and frequency helps cut down on cardio.

No I'm not a rep but I'll throw my .02 in.

I love DC training. It takes some time to fully grasp the concept and understand exactly what you are doing, but once you have literally studied it, it will be one of your "go-to" training routines.

When I am on cycle, I prefer to hit everything twice a week. Because of the compound, I feel I recover much quicker. I tend to plan my cycles around times of the year that I have off or not very busy so my free time can be spend in the gym and eating to get the most out of it.

Hope this helps.

Are you guys ever going to produce an iron flex pct product?

With hormonal products (except Dermacrine..etc), it is always best to use a SERM. we have an on cycle support product called Cycle Defense that is currently on sale at Nutra for like 12 bucks.

Most if not all over the counter pct products are nothing more than a test booster combined with an AI and Ironflex does make formabolic however post cycle therapy for any D's/pH needs a serm and we leave that up to the peptide people
