Morning all. Can anyone tell me wether using ashwanganda on cycle would be beneficial for cortisol control, well being etc or should I save it for PCT? Thanks
I like using it on cycle for its calming effect. I just feel better in general and have much less anxiety. I think there are some better options out there if you're looking for cortisol control (Fish Oil, Reduce XT) but it may help a bit!

It's not so much the cortisol control but general well being and body homeostasis that I'm after, especially as I'm running suppressive compounds. Will it make a difference?
