Anyone have any experience taking Ashwagandha? I am looking for something to help manage cortisol/stress.

I tried KSM-66 Ashwagandha from Nootropics Depot a while back. I didn't really feel much from it though. But there's also Sensoril and Shoden Ashwagandha and I haven't tried them.

Ashwagandha is good in that it also increases testosterone as well as reducing cortisol.

Agreed here. I'd check out KSM-66 Ashwagandha by SNS. Definitely a nice product.

I like small doses. 100mg ish.

Some products have way too much and it gives me awful brain fog and headaches. I’ve found nooghanda to be uplifting. KSM66 slightly less so, and Sensoril the most relaxing but also strongest from a mg by mg basis. Now Foods extract is also good and pretty cheap
